Safe 4 All – Terms of Service

Welcome to Safe 4 All. By placing an order with us or using our services, you agree to the following terms:


1. Quotes & Orders

  • Quotes are valid until the stated expiry date; prices may change without notice.

  • Orders are confirmed once full payment is received on a valid invoice.

  • Please check sizes, quantities, brands, and delivery details carefully before paying.

  • Orders are processed strictly according to the official sales order.


2. Cancellations

  • Orders over R5,000 cancelled before dispatch incur a 15% handling fee.

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch may be subject to a 25–30% fee plus courier costs.

  • No cancellations are accepted for custom, branded, or special orders.


3. Products & Availability

  • Product colors, styles, or packaging may differ slightly from catalogue or website images.

  • Stock levels vary; Safe 4 All may limit or decline orders at its discretion.


4. Delivery & Risk

  • Orders are dispatched via courier once payment is confirmed.

  • Standard delivery is 2–5 working days; urgent options are available by request.

  • Risk transfers to the customer once goods are collected by the courier.

  • Insurance is optional and must be requested before payment.


5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns must be logged within 7 days of delivery and require prior approval.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and may be subject to a handling fee of up to 30%.

  • Courier costs are for the customer.

  • Certain items (custom, branded, clearance, budget footwear, electronics, personal care items) are non-returnable.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.


6. Defective Products & Warranties

  • Defective items may be credited or replaced after supplier inspection.

  • No extended warranties apply to garments, budget footwear, or items used in harsh conditions.


7. Sizing & Samples

  • Conti Suits are sold by jacket size (pants are typically two sizes smaller).

  • Footwear is supplied in UK sizing; customers must confirm sizes before ordering.

  • Samples are chargeable and refundable only if returned unused and in original packaging.


8. Customer Responsibility

  • Safe 4 All distributes but does not manufacture products.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring suitability before purchase. Specification sheets or samples are available on request.

  • Accurate billing, delivery, and contact details must be provided to avoid delays.


9. Agreement

These Terms, together with our Refund & Return Policy, form the full agreement between Safe 4 All and our customers.
