Delivery Options
We offer two ways to receive your order:

Courier Delivery – Direct to your door anywhere in South Africa. Costs and timelines are shown at checkout.

Collection – Collect in person from our offices by prior arrangement.
Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM are handled the next business day.

Standard delivery: 1–7 working days after payment clears.

Remote areas: allow an extra up to 4 days.
-
Busy seasons (e.g. Christmas, Easter): deliveries may take longer.
Courier Costs & Tracking

Delivery fees are based on parcel weight and order value (minimum 2% of the order).

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

Deliveries are managed by our trusted courier partners and Safe 4 All’s logistics team.
Receiving Your Parcel

Parcels are delivered only to the name and address entered at checkout.

If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please list their details in the order notes. A valid ID will be required.

All parcels are sealed with tamper-proof tape. If a parcel arrives damaged or unsealed, check the contents with the courier present and note any issues on the delivery slip. You may also refuse delivery and return the parcel immediately.
Important Notes

Safe 4 All cannot be held responsible for damage caused while parcels are with the courier.

If delivery to your area is not possible, we may cancel the order or suggest alternatives.
