Safe 4 All Return & Exchange Policy

At Safe 4 All, we are committed to delivering quality products and reliable service. To ensure transparency and protect both our customers and our business, please review the return and exchange policy carefully before requesting a return.


πŸ” General Return Conditions

  • Returns of correctly supplied goods are subject to a handling fee of up to 30%, depending on the item’s condition and eligibility.

  • All return requests must be logged within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Courier fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from any refund or credit issued.

  • Card transaction fees will be deducted from refunds. To avoid these charges, we recommend payment via EFT.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Special customer orders or buy-outs

  • Branded, personalized, or customized products

  • Budget footwear

  • Discontinued or clearance stock

  • Items requiring assembly or consolidation

  • Memory sticks, food, personal care, or pamper products

  • Workwear with reflective tape or any alterations

  • Items returned without original packaging, or with damaged packaging

  1. Initiation: Contact us at orders@safe4all.com to log your return. Please note: walk-ins or drop-offs are not accepted.

  2. Collection: Our courier partner will arrange the collection.

  3. Packaging: Items must be securely packed in the smallest suitable carton. Poorly packed or loose items will not be accepted.

  4. Inspection: Returned goods are inspected within 2–5 business days of receipt.

  5. Approval: If approved, a credit or refund will be processed minus applicable fees. If rejected (e.g., due to missing or damaged packaging), the item will be returned to you at your cost.

  6. Replacement: If you wish to exchange, a new order must be placed. Courier fees for replacement items apply.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Only returns logged through our system will be processed. Verbal or informal confirmations are not valid.

  • Delivery address changes must be updated on the order before dispatch, not via email.

  • Transport insurance is available upon request prior to placing your order, charged at 2% of the order value.

  • Returns logged after 7 days may be declined or subject to additional handling fees.

  • Workwear Sizing: Conti Suits are sold by chest size (e.g., size 34 = jacket 34, pants 30). Please confirm sizing carefully before placing an order.
